Transportation Carrier Solution

The Carrier package allows you to find out how much is costing you each trip you are making, how much fuel you are spending and how much revenue per mile you are really bringing home. With this service, you will know if you can make the important payments for your truck, your insurance, maintenance, etc, as well as acting as your bookkeeper for your accounting needs.

The way we operate is very simple: every week you bring us all the envelopes and settlements your receive, as well as your checks, deposits and receipts (all of them coded, according to the chart of accounts we set up for you). We do the rest!

Transportation

We produce driver settlements for payment
We produce owner operator settlements
We keep track of the miles you need to pay for Road Taxes
We calculate the quarterly Fuel Taxes you should pay.
We print the following statistical reports: Revenue Per Truck, Revenue Per mile, Cost per Trip, Miles Run by State.
We calculate any Payroll Tax you may incur with your drivers

Accounting

Gather and organize all of your records (checks, deposits, receipts, etc).
Input them into a professional accounting program
Reconcile all of the transactions, so they are correct, accurate and on time
Generate a Monthly Income Statement that allows you to know if you are making or losing money, how your are spending your scarce resources, etc.
Any report that you may need when you apply for financing.
Expert advice, once a month, where we tell you ways to improve your business and your bottom line.
All of your quarterly Taxes. Keeping out with the IRS gives you peace of mind and avoid major problems in the future. We have expert CPAs in this area.

Fees

A Fee of $65.00 per truck per week paid with a draft to your bank account.
An Update Fee, that includes entering all the information from previous months (if not starting in January), calculated at $32.50 per truck times the number of weeks to enter times the number of trucks. A payment plan for this fee can be set at your request.
