Franchise Leasing and Financing

Southwest Credit can facilitate all of your franchise requirements through equipment leasing and financing of your franchise fees, real estate acquisition and/or lease up hold improvements and working capital. We will require direct management experience, good personal credit and from 10% to 20% in down payment depending on franchise.

Full financial package on the borrower will be required. We can go from $100,000 to $2.5 million. Potential client must present as well a)Uniform Franchise Offering Circular and b)Any and all brochures on the franchise ( this latter one when requested).
