The Full Administrator Package is a dream come true for business owners. This is a complete back office solution, where we become your complete administrative department and handle:

1. ACCOUNTING / BOOKEEPING, where we handle the General Ledger, Journal entries, production of Financial Statements and other type of financial reports you may request.. You can choose that we do all the data entry for you, you do the data entry thru our Web portal, or we provide an office clerk(s) at your facilities that we control.

2. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, where we handle all collections in the United States and Mexico (for those that export to Mexico). By us doing this, we decrease the number of days that an invoice gets collected, decreasing the percentage of uncollected receivables, thus increasing your cash flow and your bottom line. We also keep an up to date customer data base with accurate information.

3. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, where we organize and enter bills, generate weekly payable aging, maintain an accurate vendor database and reconcile each account against vendor’s statements. We can also print checks authorized by you and mail them. We also provide weekly Cash requirements reports so you know what is coming due.

4. PAYROLL, where we do weekly or bi-weekly calculation of the payroll, print payroll checks and payroll reports including taxes. You only sign the checks!!

5. COST ACCOUNTING/JOB COSTING, where we set up a cost accounting system that enables to accurately cost each of the projects including projects in Mexico. Information generation and statistics about each project with regard to expenses, materials, sales and profits.
